Contracted Personnel Placement

Community Council Education Services also provides recruitment and personnel assignment services to various school districts and charter schools. Positions we customarily provide are:

  • Licensed Social Workers

  • Behavior Health Workers

  • Personal Care Assistance

  • Climate Support Staff

PROFESSIONAL CARE ASSISTANt (PCAs)

PCAs are trained individuals who provide 1:1 support to identified students. who are located in various school sites. The supports include, but not limited to:

  • Behavior Management Support

  • Progress Note Writing

  • Tracking Data

  • Personal Care and Hygiene Needs

  • Support During Transit

  • Toileting

Our PCAs are assigned to students who have the following exceptionalities:

  • Autistic Support (mild-severe)

  • Learning Support

  • Emotional Support

 

CLIMATE SUPPORT STAFF (CSS) 

CCES Climate Support Staff (CSS) are trained individuals that provide on-site behavior support to individuals on an as needed basis, or to classrooms. The supports include, but are not limited to:

  • Behavior Management Support

  • Tracking Data

  • Support During Transit

  • Progress Note Writing

CSS’ are equipped to support students within all school-based environments. CSS staff can provide support to multiple students or to one student.

Licensed Social WOrker (LSw)

LSWs provide clinical support and school-based counseling to identified students. Included in their job functions are the following duties:

  • Individual Counseling

  • Group Therapy Counseling

  • Case Management

  • Data Collection

  • Social service connection

  • ACCESS billing data entry

  • IEP consultation

  • School team collaboration
